A 1970 Graduate of Douglas MacArthur High School, Tom attended Western Michigan University where he studied business administration and insurance and then entered the Insurance and Real Estate business. In 1975 Tom was appointed as V.P of Mid-Valley and became the Commercial Lines Manager shortly thereafter. He received his Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) designation in 1984 and in 1985, purchased Mid-Valley Insurance and Radewahn Real Estate, adding financial services to Mid-Valley in 1991. Tom’s community service record includes serving as President of St. Charles Chamber of Commerce, Saginaw County Independent Insurance Agents and Thomas Township Kiwanis. He served on the Saginaw County Sheriffs Posse, the Lions Club, Saginaw County Mosquito Control Millage Committee, Thomas Township Parks and Recreation Board, Thomas Township Planning Commission, Thomas Township Business Association Board, coaching baseball and football in Thomas Townships Youth program and various other boards and committees. He was elected as Thomas Township Supervisor in 1988 and served in that capacity until 1992. He and his wife Lynell live in Thomas Township and enjoy horseback riding, dogsledding and hunting.

Patrick graduated from Nouvel Catholic Central High School in 1995 and spent three of his high school summers working on a commercial fishing vessel, “The Fiona” based out of Kodiak Alaska. After High School Patrick moved to Fort Collins Colorado and attended Front Range Community College, studied in the pre-veterinarian program at Colorado State University and also competed as a member of the CSU wrestling club. He began to volunteer coach with the Fort Collins High School wrestling team that later turned into a head coach position for the Junior Varsity team. Patrick lives in Thomas Township, is a licensed REALTOR and a member of the Saginaw Board of REALTORS. He also manages Michigan Log Products where they sell the Wilderness Log Home and Greatwood Log Home packages. Patrick is a fourth generation REALTOR in the Radewahn family. He enjoys hunting, fishing and auto mechanics.

Tori graduated from Douglas Mac Arthur High School and studied Interior Design at Delta Community College. Tori has been active in the Saginaw Township Recreational Programs over the last several years and has participated in a variety of sports leagues. As a licensed Realtor, Tori is a member of the Saginaw Board of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service.
